Healthcare delivery is a dynamic and complex system of interdependent moving parts. We know little of the real time challenges faced by over two thirds of the resources we use to deliver care to patients and it is time we did….and stopped making reactive misinformed decisions that do not
address the challenge.

FloInsights was set up to do just that…..provide flow insights that enable us in real time to optimise resource allocation to the delivery of care, build care models of the future based on flow data and ensure that all decision making is evidence based and centred around the staff and patients at the heart of care delivery
