FloInsights was founded on a simple observation: NHS services generate extraordinary amounts of operational data, and almost none of it is being used to drive the decisions that matter most.
We exist to change that. Not by adding another reporting layer, but by building the operational evidence infrastructure that connects clinical activity to operational reality — and makes the performance of health services measurable, comparable and improvable.
What makes us different
Most analytics companies work with data that trusts send them, often processing it through generic AI platforms with little transparency about where it goes or what it trains. We work differently. We work with data where it lives inside the clinical and operational systems of NHS trusts, and we bring the analytical rigour of a benchmarked, peer-reviewed methodology powered by sovereign intelligence we have built and own.
Our work has been presented at international clinical conferences. Our governance framework has been reviewed and approved by NHS information governance teams. Our findings have changed how services are designed, staffed and funded.
We are not a software company that has discovered healthcare. We are not a generic AI platform repackaged for the NHS. We are an operational intelligence company built from the ground up for the complexity of health and social care with proprietary analytical models trained on over a decade of real operational data, running on infrastructure we control entirely.
